Yes. This is one of the many advantages of using preserved roses. During the preservation process all the pollen vanishes.

No. Surprisingly our customers have said that they are far easier to look after than fresh roses - which need to be really nurtured to last beyond a week. 

The roses will arrive securely in their arrangement. Please do not remove the roses. Apart from that they just need to be kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

They require NO water or the need to remove any petals.

For in stock items, if we receive an order by 11am it will be shipped out the same day for a next day delivery service.

We use DPD who will be able to advise a 1 hour time slot for your item on the day of delivery.

Because a special day does not discriminate against the weekends, we don't either. We deliver 7 days a week, however for a Saturday or Sunday delivery, orders must be placed by 11am Friday.

If delivery is not urgent then you can schedule a day that suits you.

Please make sure to place order by 11am for Next Day option. For weekend deliveries orders must be received by Friday 11am - any orders received after this time will be sent out on Monday and you will receive the order on Tuesday.

No we don't. All our arrangements are sent without invoicing information.

Furthermore please bear in mind that our shipping boxes do state that the contents contain long lasting fresh flowers. Please contact us to let us know if you would like us to mask this.

Please be advised that our luxury rose arrangements are made with real roses that have been organically preserved to make them stay fresh longer. They are still flowers and are therefore a perishable item which cannot be returned. 

But please be assured that customer satisfaction is our top priority and so in the unlikely event of their being an issue with your order  email us at within 7 days. We will endeavour to do our best to resolve your issue in a speedy manner.
