This item makes for a unique gift. It's a beautiful red heart shaped rose made by assembling real rose petals and using the glamelia technique. It is beautiful to look on it's own but with this arrangement it is displayed neatly placed on a bed of 8 pure white, exquisite preserved rose's, which are carefully arranged in our square shaped box. It is also available as a white heart surrounded by red rose's.

Our rose's come from Ecuador - a country renowned for producing luxury rose's. The high altitude, closeness to the Equator with year-round sunshine and nutrient-rich soil help to grow these beautiful rose's. These are then harvested at full bloom and organically preserved. This process makes them last much longer (a year or even longer), maintenance free - that's NO watering, just the need to keep away from direct sunshine and high humidity.

As preserved roses are available in every Pantone colour that exists, if there is a colour you have seen somewhere else and we don't stock it - please get in touch, chances are we can source it for you. This usually takes no longer than a few extra days.

What are infinity/ forever roses? 
They are real roses that have been organically preserved to make them last longer.

How long will they last?
With the correct care they will last anything from a year to 3 years.

I have allergies, will these be suitable for me?
Yes. This is one of the many advantages of using preserved roses. During the preservation process all the pollen vanishes.

Are they difficult to look after? No. Surprisingly our customers have said that they are far easier to look after than fresh roses - which need to be really nurtured to last beyond a week.


How do you care for these arrangements?
The roses will arrive securely in their arrangement. Please do not remove the roses. Apart from that they just need to be kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources. They require NO water or the need to remove any petals. Just sit back and admire natures beauty.

Can you make a design I have seen somewhere else?
Yes of course. Please email us your requirements at hello@luxerosa.com

Will you send a receipt/ invoice with the parcel? 
No we don't. All our arrangements are sent without invoicing information. Furthermore please bear in mind that our shipping boxes do state that the contents contain long lasting fresh flowers. Please contact us to let us know if you would like us to mask this.

Returns Policy

Please be advised that our luxury rose arrangements are made with real roses that have been organically preserved to make them stay fresh longer. They are still flowers and are therefore a perishable item, which under government guidelines cannot be returned.

However be assured that customer satisfaction is our top priority and so in the unlikely event of their being an issue with your order, email us at hello@luxerosa.com as soon as possible/ within 7 days. We will endeavour to do our best to resolve your issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner.
