Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day before purchase the order stated next day or a specific day of your choice in which I ordered for the 14th Feb.
Firstly order was a day late.
Secondly order has not arrived.
Stated delivered at the address but no sight of the flowers.
DHL are known for having the worst delivery record and as expected, DHL have delivered to another address. I have had no communication from them either and cannot understand why they could drop an order to someone else’s property when it states 109 on the order.
I mean to be fair I would be better returning the order seeing it’s going to be 4 days later than expected delivery.
The team have been trying to contact DHL however I’ve now been told I won’t hear until Monday.
I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
