Returns Policy

Please be advised that our luxury rose arrangements are made with real roses that have been organically preserved to make them stay fresh longer. They are still flowers and are therefore a perishable item, which under government guidelines cannot be returned.

However be assured that customer satisfaction is our top priority and so in the unlikely event of their being an issue with your order, email us at hello@luxerosa.com as soon as possible/ within 7 days. We will endeavour to do our best to resolve your issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner.
