|Standard Delivery is £6.99
|Within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
|Next Day & Named Day, limited time only this service is available at NO EXTRA cost. Please select from calendar on the product page a delivery date.
|Monday - Saturday (except bank holidays) between 8am - 6pm
|11am Monday to Friday.
Orders received before 11am Friday will be sent out same day and delivered Saturday.
Orders received after 11am on a Friday will be sent out Monday and delivered Tuesday.
Up-to Date Contact Details:
The contact email and mobile number you provide at checkout will be used to send you notifications about your delivery. So if the item is a gift then you may choose to provide the mobile number of the recipient, so they can be aware of a delivery in their name.
We will always send an email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery.
You will receive an email/ text a day before the delivery, at which point you have the option to re-schedule delivery, collect from a collection point or deliver to a neighbour if you or the recipient is not going to be in.
On the day of the delivery you will receive a delivery time estimate from the courier company.
The courier will deliver your parcel and either obtain a signature or take a photograph of the item at your doorstep.
If no ones is home
The courier will leave the item with a neighbour. If you DO NOT want the item to be left with a neighbour then please inform us at checkout or email straight after payment.
We can deliver to most BT postcodes but unfortunately we do not offer Next or Named Day deliveries to these areas.
Daily next/named day delivery services are not available for the following postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, BT, FK17 - FK21, GY, HS1 - 9, IM, IV, JE, KA27 - KA28, KW0 - KW17, PA20 - PA78, PH15 - PH99, TR21 - TR25, ZE

Please be advised that our luxury rose arrangements are made with real roses that have been organically preserved to make them stay fresh longer. They are still flowers and are therefore a perishable item which under government guidelines cannot be returned.
But please be assured that customer satisfaction is our top priority and so in the unlikely event of their being an issue with your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will endeavour to do our best to resolve your issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner.
